Ok so I am going to tell you what must be breed to get a snorlax with fissure
Ok so first you start off with a Dugtrio or Cammerupt that knows Fissure then breed them with a Walrein afterwards you breed them with Gastrodon. Then you breed them with Lapris and then with Snorlax and thats how you get a Snorlax with Fissure.
Dugtrio (Or) Cammerupt (Both Must Know Fissure)>Breed With Walrein> Breed Walrein with Gastrodon> Breed Gastrodon with Lapris> Breed Lapris with Snorlax> Snorlax now knows Fissure
*The only way to get a Snorlax with fissure is by this which is known as Chain Breeding*

Or, if you have pokemon XD: Gale Of Darkness, you can make your way to Citadark Island(last area of the game), there you fight all of the Cypher admins, however one of them near the end posesses a Shadow Snorlax, Snag that snorlax and purify it.
Snorlax Lvl43
Trainer snagged from: Cypher Admin Ardos
moves(after purification)
Fissure
Refresh
Curse
Body Slam.

Who was the guy to figure out the perfect combination of breeding those guys to get a snorlax with fissure. Blows my mind
